      To ensure you get a refund, PLEASE try on everything with underwear in a pet-free/odor-free environment & make sure all tags are affixed to the products you're sending back. 
      We will gladly refund or exchange all full priced, unwashed and unworn, tagged merchandise in its original condition within 30 days of purchase. Proof of purchase required. “Final sale” means final sale, period- no exchanges or refunds. 
      Refunds may not be issued if products:
      • have pet hair
      • have noticeable odor (body odor or other)
      • have been laundered (or smell of laundry soap)
      • are labeled 'clearance' or 'final sale'
      • have visible signs of wear (this is a hard NO. If you send something back to us that you've worn, don't expect a courtesy email explaining why you didn't get refunded, and don't expect us to ship it back to you. It cost our team a lot of money to examine it and we're not covering the return shipping to you)
      • are missing tags (you may be charged a fee to replace the tags)
      Once we receive your item(s) and verify quality, we will refund you the cost of the returned merchandise minus a flat rate of $8 (per order) for the return shipping/handling (US only, additional fees may apply for international returns). Returns may take up to 10 business days to be processed once they arrive at our facility - please be patient and don't email us the second it arrives because we won't have an answer for you :)
      It takes time for our warehouse to communicate to us when returns have arrived.
      Once we process your refund, you will be automatically emailed a description of your card transaction. Refunds are credited to the original form of payment. If the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account. If your purchase was made with a gift card, you will be refunded a credit onto a new gift card. 

      Exchanges: To exchange an item for a different size, we must process it like a return. Please purchase the size/item you DO want, then follow the instructions above to return the unwanted size/item. 

      International returns/exchanges - please note, at this time we are unable to process or accept international returns.

      Canceled orders: Please note, any orders that you wish to cancel after placing may be subject to a $5 restocking fee. 

      If your initial purchase is at a different price than your exchange purchase (for example, we have a limited promotion running) we will ONLY refund the initial purchase price.
      *Note: we do not offer price adjustments on sales events, taking place after the time of your purchase.*
